Frequently asked questions
What photos work best?
Any clear photo straight from your phone works well. Wide (landscape) photos fit best. Keep faces and other important details away from the edges, as the outer edge can be trimmed slightly when the puzzle is cut.
When will my puzzle arrive?
Every puzzle is printed to order, then shipped. Most US orders arrive within 7 to 12 business days, and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
What if it arrives damaged or misprinted?
Email us a photo of the problem within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement. No need to send anything back.
Can I see it before it's printed?
Yes. When you tap "Add personalized design" and upload your photo, you'll see a preview of the finished puzzle and can adjust it before you check out.
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order to the US.
